To provide the Service we collect:
We use your information to run the Service: to sign you in, to deliver payment and request notifications, to show your history, and to verify your identity when you opt into higher limits. We don't sell your personal data.
We send verification and notification messages by SMS through a third-party messaging provider. Your number is shared with that provider only to deliver those messages.
We share data with the service providers that host and operate PayTap (for example our database/auth platform and SMS provider), acting on our instructions. We may disclose information if required by law.
Data is stored with our hosting provider and protected by row-level access rules so you can only see your own records. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.
We use your browser's local storage to keep you signed in and to remember a best-guess country for the phone field. We don't use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
You can view and edit your profile, and you can delete your account and its data at any time from Profile Settings. Contact us if you'd like a copy of your data or have a privacy request.
We keep your information for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, we remove your profile and associated records.
PayTap is not intended for anyone under 18, and we don't knowingly collect their data.
